These terms apply to the public RYVAA GLOBAL website, call-request features, evaluation information and programme information. RYVAA GLOBAL provides candidate-side career, training and mobility support for experienced medical coders pursuing careers in Germany.
Using the website means that you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. A programme relationship is created only after an eligible evaluation result, a programme offer, acceptance, a separately signed programme agreement and completed enrolment steps. Browsing the website or requesting a call does not create that relationship.
Service availability
Programme and pricing information is provided so prospective candidates can understand the service before deciding whether to request a call or begin the mandatory evaluation. Evaluation checkout is processed through the approved payment provider. Sensitive documents are accepted only through a secure channel specifically provided by RYVAA GLOBAL.
The evaluation fee, refund rules and payment terms apply when a candidate proceeds with evaluation checkout. Programme-specific terms are provided separately before programme enrolment.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about RYVAA, assess whether a programme may be relevant to you, submit a genuine request for a call and review the mandatory evaluation process.

- Do not copy or present RYVAA content, branding or programme materials as your own.
Information, guidance and outcomes
Public website content is general information and does not amount to an admission decision, employment offer, visa decision, legal opinion, tax opinion or individual immigration advice.
Employers independently decide interviews and hiring. Government authorities independently decide visa and residence matters. Examination providers independently determine results. No job, interview, visa, examination, salary or other external outcome is guaranteed.
RYVAA content and branding
The RYVAA name, logo, original website copy, programme materials and platform design may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may retain reasonable extracts for your personal evaluation of the service, but may not commercially reproduce, misrepresent or redistribute them without permission.
