Who the programmes are for
Which programme is right for me?
Choose India-to-Germany if you currently live in India and need relocation support. Choose Germany-Based if you already live legally in Germany and do not need the India-to-Germany flight or accommodation benefits. Evaluation is mandatory before admission to either programme.
What medical-coding experience do I need?
RYVAA is intended for experienced medical coders. Your work history, coding foundation, responsibilities and supporting evidence are assessed together during the evaluation; admission is decided from the complete profile rather than a single credential.
Can I choose a date or time when I request a call?
No. The Request a call form collects your contact details and question only. Based on team availability, RYVAA will either call you or contact you by email with a proposed meeting date. No appointment is confirmed until RYVAA sends a date and time.
What is included
What exactly does RYVAA provide?
Both programmes require evaluation and include German medical-coding preparation, language and examination support, customised CVs and applications, vacancy and interview tracking, four mock interviews and twelve months of personal guidance. India-based candidates also receive the approved visa, travel, accommodation and arrival benefits listed in that programme.
Are language training and examination fees included?
The India-to-Germany programme includes approved German-language training and up to two complete approved examination attempts. Germany-based candidates receive the same examination support and, when eligible, guidance applying through the Jobcenter for funded B2 training. Attendance, provider and programme conditions apply, and the Jobcenter independently decides eligibility and funding.
How often will I speak with RYVAA?
Candidates have direct access through agreed communication channels throughout the programme. The communication cadence, available channels and response expectations will be recorded before enrolment.
What happens after twelve months?
The included support term runs for twelve months from official enrolment. Before you enrol, the programme agreement will explain completion, handover and any separately agreed continuation; an extension is not implied.
Training and job applications
What German coding systems will I learn?
The confirmed public scope includes ICD-10-GM preparation for working professionals. Additional systems such as OPS, DKR or G-DRG will be named only when they are confirmed in the delivered curriculum.
What German level do I need?
Your current level and learning needs are reviewed individually. Any required level for applications, examinations or arrival will be stated in the approved programme and examination plan before enrolment.
How does RYVAA help with job applications?
RYVAA researches suitable vacancies, reviews suitability, adapts your CV and cover letter, helps finalise supported applications, tracks responses and interview invitations, and improves the strategy using application results.
Who submits applications?
RYVAA prepares and organises each supported application with the candidate. You review and approve the documents before submission. The programme agreement will state the operational submission process and each person’s responsibility.
How many applications will RYVAA support?
The supported-application scope and any applicable limit will be stated in the signed programme agreement. The website does not promise unlimited applications.
How many mock interviews are included?
Both programmes include four structured mock interviews with personalised technical and communication feedback and improvement actions after each session.
Can RYVAA guarantee a job or interview?
No. RYVAA provides the agreed preparation, application and interview support. Employers independently decide interviews, offers and salaries.
Visa, travel and accommodation
Are the flight and airport transfer included?
The India-to-Germany programme includes one approved economy flight after the required milestones and transfer from the agreed airport to arranged accommodation. Booking, changes and alternatives remain subject to the programme terms.
What does accommodation support include?
The India-to-Germany programme includes up to three months of approved accommodation or, where long-term housing is more appropriate, an approved capped contribution toward a rental security deposit. The agreement determines which option applies; both are not automatic.
Can RYVAA guarantee a visa or residence decision?
No. RYVAA guides the approved process and supporting steps. German authorities independently decide visa and residence applications.
Fees and refunds
What costs do I pay separately?
Before enrolment, RYVAA will identify the approved benefits, limits and conditions and any personal expenses outside the programme. As a condition of the India-to-Germany Programme, candidates must separately arrange and fund a blocked account covering at least six months; it is not included in the programme fee, and current official requirements may require a higher amount or longer period. Health-insurance premiums, unapproved upgrades and services not listed in the signed agreement are not included.
How does the evaluation work?
Evaluation is a mandatory assessment prerequisite for both programmes. RYVAA reviews your experience, coding knowledge, communication, documents and programme readiness, then provides a written result covering strengths, improvement areas, recommended next steps and the admission decision. Due to current application volume, the written result is normally issued 3–4 weeks after RYVAA confirms that the evaluation has started. Evaluation is not programme enrolment and does not reserve a cohort place.
How is the evaluation fee treated?
The evaluation fee is ₹50,000 in total, with no additional GST added at evaluation checkout. If RYVAA finds you ineligible, the full ₹50,000 is refunded. If you are eligible but decide not to continue, any partial refund is assessed case by case and is capped at ₹20,000. If you are accepted and enrol, the ₹50,000 is adjusted against your programme fee; applicable GST is shown separately on the programme invoice.
