What RYVAA provides
RYVAA GLOBAL provides candidate-side career, training and mobility support. Its defined services may include eligibility and coding-readiness evaluation, training coordination, German medical-coding transition support, career materials, vacancy and application assistance, interview preparation and mobility guidance.
Independent decisions
- Employers independently decide whom to interview, hire and employ.
- Government authorities independently decide visa and residence applications.
- Examination and certification providers independently determine eligibility, administration and results.
- Travel, accommodation and other service providers independently control availability and service delivery.
No job, visa or examination guarantee
RYVAA stays accountable for the services and support stated in the signed programme agreement. No job, interview, visa, residence, examination, salary or other outcome controlled by an independent party is guaranteed.
Candidate preparation and performance
Candidate attendance, effort, accuracy, communication, responsiveness, language progress, interview performance and truthful documentation materially affect the journey. RYVAA cannot perform these responsibilities on a candidate’s behalf.
Employment and recruitment boundary
RYVAA does not issue employment offers or employment contracts and does not control employer hiring decisions. Application assistance or communication support does not make RYVAA the candidate’s employer or guarantee an employer relationship.
