Our commitment
RYVAA aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product responsibility rather than a one-time check.
Accessibility foundations
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators.
- A skip link, semantic landmarks and a logical heading structure.
- Explicit form labels, readable instructions and accessible error summaries.
- Screen-reader announcements for important form status changes.
- Sufficient colour contrast and status information that does not rely on colour alone.
- Appropriate touch-target sizes and reduced-motion support.
- Accessible dialogs, accordions and focus movement between application steps.
- Descriptive link text and an alt-text strategy for meaningful images.
Third-party content and services
Some third-party services, such as payment or scheduling interfaces, may have accessibility behavior outside RYVAA’s direct control. RYVAA will consider accessibility when selecting and integrating providers and will seek practical alternatives where a barrier is identified.
Request help or report a barrier
Accessibility feedback can be submitted through the contact page. Please identify the page or task, describe the barrier, and mention any assistive technology or browser context that may help reproduce the issue. Do not include sensitive application data unless it is necessary.
Testing and improvement
RYVAA GLOBAL tests primary public, call-request, evaluation and payment flows with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility checks, and addresses material barriers as the platform evolves.
