Evaluation, admission and enrolment
The professional evaluation is a mandatory prerequisite for both programmes. Programme admission is selective and depends on RYVAA’s evaluation of qualifications, coding readiness, documentation, professional readiness, commitment and programme fit. Paying for an evaluation does not guarantee an offer.
Enrolment begins only after an eligible applicant accepts a programme offer, reviews the applicable terms, signs the programme agreement and completes the required enrolment steps.
A programme cohort means candidates who have completed those admission and enrolment steps. People who request a call, apply for or pay for an evaluation, or await an evaluation result are part of the evaluation intake and are not yet a programme cohort.
Two programmes, one quality standard
The Complete India-to-Germany Programme and the Germany-Based Medical Coding Career Programme serve candidates who begin at different stages. The Germany-based programme is not a discounted or reduced-service quality tier. Both receive the same standard of founder involvement for their defined scope.
Programme period
The defined candidate-support period is twelve months from official programme enrolment. The signed agreement will identify the enrolment date, included services, milestones and completion conditions.
Complete India-to-Germany Programme
This programme is intended for eligible medical coders beginning in India. Its scope combines professional preparation, German medical-coding transition, applications and interviews with defined mobility and post-arrival support.
Language, examination, airport-pickup and accommodation benefits are subject to the stated maximum caps, eligibility conditions, attendance requirements, availability and programme policy. Candidate-specific actual expenses may differ.
For the India-to-Germany programme, the candidate must separately arrange and fund a blocked account covering at least six months. It is not included in the programme fee, and current official requirements may require a higher amount or longer period.
Germany-Based Medical Coding Career Programme
This programme is for eligible medical coders already lawfully residing in Germany. It includes language and examination support, medical-coding preparation, CVs, vacancy research, applications, interviews and personalised ongoing guidance. Eligible candidates receive guidance applying through the Jobcenter for funded German B2 training; the Jobcenter independently decides eligibility and funding.
It does not include India-to-Germany flight benefits, airport pickup or the India-to-Germany accommodation or security-deposit benefit.

Third-party services and decisions
Some programme elements may be delivered or fulfilled with independent providers. Availability, provider rules and stated benefit caps apply. Employers, examination providers, travel providers, accommodation providers and government authorities remain responsible for their own services and decisions.
No external outcome guarantee
RYVAA remains accountable for the support and services defined in the signed agreement. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, visa or residence approval, examination results, salary, accommodation availability or decisions outside its control.
Fees, changes and withdrawal
The signed agreement will state the programme fee, applicable tax, payment schedule, included benefits, change process, withdrawal rules and the effect of material non-participation. Candidates will receive those terms before enrolment and payment.
